Terms of service
What this is
underworldlordz.com and the Discord bot "Underworld Lordz Web" are free services of the Underworld Lordz (UWL) community, an amateur e-sports team founded in 1999. By creating an account or using the bot you accept these terms.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for what is posted with your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings or by writing to admin@underworldlordz.com.
Community rules
No insults, harassment, discrimination, sexual or illegal content, spam or cheating in team matches. Staff may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break them, on the site and on Discord.
Content you upload
Clips, screenshots, comments and guides you post remain yours. You allow us to show them on the site, on Discord and on the team's social media, always with your username.
Shop
Orders are produced on demand through Printful. Prices include the product; shipping is shown before you confirm. Defective items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
No warranties
The service is provided as is. We may change or close features without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by outages or by third-party data (Twitch, Discord, Riot, Steam, Microsoft).
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site and on Discord. The date of the latest version is shown above.
Privacy policy
Who processes your data
Underworld Lordz, a non-profit community. Contact: admin@underworldlordz.com. Data is stored on our own server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).
What we store
Account: email, username, hashed password, avatar. Optional profile: games, game IDs (Xbox, PSN, Steam, Riot ID, gamertag), country, bio. Activity: chat messages, comments, clips, squad applications, tournament entries, XP and achievements. Shop: shipping address of your orders.
Linked accounts
If you sign in with Twitch, Discord or Microsoft we store that account's identifier and public name to show your status (live, playing, online). We never store your passwords for those services. You can unlink them from Settings.
Discord bot
The bot reads messages in the channels bridged to the site chat to relay them, welcomes new members, assigns roles you choose and creates private support tickets. It stores the content of bridged messages with your Discord name and a text copy of each closed ticket, visible only to staff. It does not store messages from other channels.
Why
To make the site and Discord work: show your profile, notify you of streams and events (only if you enable notifications), manage squads, tournaments, giveaways and orders, and send the newsletter if you subscribe.
Who we share with
Printful (only to produce and ship your orders), and the Twitch, Discord, Riot, Steam, YouTube and Microsoft APIs to read public data of the accounts you link. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising.
How long
While you have an account. If you delete it we remove your profile, messages and subscriptions within 30 days; orders are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can view, correct, download or delete your data from Settings or by asking admin@underworldlordz.com. EU residents may complain to their data protection authority.
Cookies
Only the ones needed for session and language. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
